Lesley is a dynamic and motivated professional with a proven track record in relationship building, strategic planning, project and practice management.

With a background in healthcare accreditation and project coordination, Lesley excels in leading cross-functional teams and navigating challenges with decisive action.
Outside of work, Lesley loves spending time with family, listening to live music, motorbike riding, crossword puzzles and reading true crime novels.

Chris Clark joins Evans Head Medical Centre as 2IC, bringing more than thirty years of senior experience in the health sector. He holds qualifications in Health Science (Nursing), Health Promotion, Masters of Public Health, and Advanced Diploma in Business Management, and is widely respected for his leadership across the Northern Rivers and North Coast.
Chris has played a key role in shaping primary care in the region, helping establish family care and Headspace services, driving system reform, and championing culturally safe practice. Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, he navigates complex challenges with resilience and a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Chris is dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture built on openness, honesty, and respect.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys walking his dogs around Evans Head and is an accomplished sportsman, having competed at regional, state, and national levels.
